Go Outside and Play!

Go outside and play!” said God.
“I have given you Universes
as fields to run free in!
And here—take this and wrap yourself in it—It’s called:
LOVE
and It will always, always keep you warm.
And stars! The sun and the moon and the stars!
Look upon these often, for they will remind you
of your own light!
And eyes…oh, gaze into the eyes of every Lover.
Gaze into the eyes of every other
for they have given you their Universes
as fields to run free in.
There.
I have given you everything you need.
Now go, go, go outside and play!”

BIRD OF TRUTH...

Cherokee legend is that the Chickadee helped the tribe to kill an evil spirit by landing on the most vulnerable place on the spirit, helping to pinpoint the truth and providing the knowledge the tribe needed.
A member of the Titmouse family...meaning small bird...the Chickadee seems to represent the good side of we humans...

~If a chickadee perches near your house, an old friend is returning.
~A chickadee chirping enthusiastically means good weather.
~If a chickadee is hanging upside-down, good news is on the way.

The Applachians are blessed with many Carolina Chickadees. They frequent bird feeders regularly, but if you want a photo, act quickly, they are fast, feisty, and full of themselves. Here are two I was able to get this year.
